The role of Technical CX (Customer Experience) Specialist at Specialist is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about technology and client satisfaction. You will be at the forefront of ensuring an exceptional customer experience by providing excellent support to our customers. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in diagnosing and resolving complex hardware and software issues.

Job Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

• First line of engagement for customer support globally
• Onboarding new customers and deliver technical training for channel partners.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides, installation manuals and FAQs.
• Maintain detailed and current knowledge of the company’s products and services.

Who you are, your experience, background, and credentials:

• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to software and hardware products.
• Experience conducting remote onboarding sessions to facilitate seamless product adoption for customers.
• Capability to create comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides, installation manuals and FAQs.
• Patient and empathetic approach towards customer interactions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• In-depth knowledge of software and hardware products, with a keen interest in access control and wireless technologies.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams, including sales, operations, and engineering, to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Proficient in Spanish and English.
• Knowledge about low voltage electronics to assist in installations and troubleshooting of access
control systems.
• Must have personal transportation for on-site visits in Mexico City.
• Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to varying work schedules and provide support during non- standard hours as needed.
