Matías llegó al mundo de la seguridad un poco “por accidente”; si bien se desempeñaba en otros rubros, su padre trabajaba con tecnologías de seguridad y así poco a poco Matías se fue involucrando y enamorándose de esta industria. Matías es instalador certificado por la UTN en Argentina y fue así como empezó formando su propia empresa de instalaciones. Luego pasó de ser independiente a trabajar en distintas y reconocidas empresas del rubro hasta que empieza a trabajar y a apoyar a AMAG Technology desde finales del 2019 para luego oficializarse en la compañía en el 2021.
Uno de los grandes desafíos de Matías fue ingresar a la compañía en plena pandemia; Pero para AMAG, justamente la pandemia fue un gran impulsador de negocios, ya que al ser una empresa de tecnología, encontraron en ella grandes oportunidades de darle sentido a sus soluciones basados en las nuevas necesidades de los clientes, que en muchos de los países latinoamericanos eran aún muy dependientes de la presencialidad del personal y requerían automatización y soluciones tecnológicas específicas de las cuales AMAG supo interpretar e implementar muchísimas.
