Your Experience and Education include:

. BA/BS degree in marketing, behavioral economics, or a related area.

. Minimum 7 years’ experience in B2B marketing management, demand generation and integrated marketing.

. Background in security/IT or equivalent industry is a plus with experience in CRM (, Marketing automation (Marketo), Web content management, analytics, and business intelligence (reporting and analysis tools) being beneficial.

. Solid experience in managing digital/social media programs and Content Syndication via digital partners/3rd parties in driving leads and revenue.

. Proven record of supporting sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets.

. Experience creating and implementing proven successful demand generation, lead nurturing and pipeline acceleration programs.

. Experience of working in a highly matrixed organization would be a plus.

Responsabilidades del cargo

As our Marketing Manager, you’ll support HID’s success by:

. Building and executing rolling annual and quarterly country/region marketing plans and campaigns within the Corporate Framework (brand management, demand generation, sales enablement, and event organization), aligning with corporate segment marketing plans, sales goals, digital transformation initiatives and annual budgets

. Interlocking with Latin American business leaders to ensure agreement on priorities, adjusting as required by changing market conditions and emerging opportunities

. Developing and executing measurable country/region demand generation programs that drive quality leads through good conversion rate to increase revenue through direct and indirect sales channels.

. Collaborating with global/regional and central resources in the strategic development of digital campaigns, PR, social media, HID product literature, event displays, product positioning, value proposition messaging and web marketing programs worldwide to execute in LAM countries.

. Managing and developing partner development programs.

. Localizing content for new product introduction deliverables based on developed positioning and messaging.

. Tracking all marketing and sales data to ensure effective ROI and creating reports and presentations on the results achieved to senior executives.
