Diego Madeo es licenciado en comercialización de la Universidad Argentina de la empresa, se especializó en Marketing y Comunicación industrial y negocios B2B. En sus inicios se desempeñó como implementador de grandes sistemas de seguridad integrados y desarrollo de canales para compañías multinacionales como Checkpoint Systems y Robert Bosch. La marca.
“La compañía se encuentra fuertemente comprometida con la profesionalización de su capital humano mediante formaciones y actualizaciones constantes. Hacia el lado del cliente creo que lo que nos diferencia es la cercanía que logramos, el acompañarlo en su crecimiento constante aportando conocimiento no solo relacionado con la venta de un producto Garnet, va más allá de eso”.
En el pasado, Garnet Technology inició sus actividades con la fabricación de campanas para alarmas. Uno de los hechos impulsores más importantes de la compañía fue en el año 2000, cuando se lanzó al mercado una nueva línea de sirenas electrónicas inteligentes, denominada “Serie 2000”, que cambió el concepto de la sirena tradicional. Por aquella época la compañía llamada Alonso Sirenas comenzó a vender en todo el territorio argentino, pero además dio sus primeros pasos en la exportación de estas sirenas llegando a vender en varios países de Latinoamérica y Europa.
En 2003, la empresa incorporó a su producción tecnología de última generación para la fabricación de sus productos, una línea totalmente automatizada de inserción de componentes en SMD. Así, logró mayor productividad en la fabricación de sus productos manteniendo estándares de calidad a nivel internacional.
El mayor éxito de la empresa llegó con el lanzamiento del panel de alarmas A2K4, que llegó a ser el más vendido en Argentina y países vecinos. En el año 2013, lanzó la nueva generación de paneles con comunicación en la nube y a partir de allí, siguió un gran número de productos.
El 2020, un año difícil por el inicio de la pandemia, no fue un obstáculo. Se lanzó al mercado la nueva línea llamada ¨Titanium¨, exclusivamente pensada para empresas de monitoreo de alarmas.
Con distintas opciones de comunicación, datos móviles, WiFi y telefónica, los paneles de Garnet se transformaron rápidamente uno de los productos más vendidos en los últimos tres años, en donde el gran motivador fue las distintas aplicaciones para programar y comandar el panel a distancia.
“Hace 10 años me sumé al proyecto de Garnet, por aquel momento Alonso. Recuerdo que fue un gran desafío ya que la empresa requería un gran trabajo de base, comencé a fortalecer las bases comunicacionales y un posicionamiento en el mercado relacionado no solo con sirenas, sino con un conjunto de productos que comenzaban a despegar en el mercado nacional, alarmas para el mercado de monitoreo y auto monitoreo”.
Las bases para el trabajo relacionadas fundamentalmente con políticas de distribución claras y precisas fueron las responsables de un trabajo que comienza a dar sus frutos un año después. El ecosistema digital de plataformas de marketing fue cobrando vida y así despega la marca con un plan de expansión hacia todo el continente.
Cuando todo parecía estar en orden, surge la necesidad de realizar un rebranding de la marca, después de 30 años de historia, Alonso Alarmas se presenta con una nueva imagen de marca en el mercado, Garnet Technology. Un plan que se llevó adelante sobre un proceso que tuvo una duración de un año y medio.
“Creo que ese fue mi mayor desafío, cambiar el nombre de una empresa familiar con tantos años de historia para llevarla a otro nivel, y lo logramos con éxito”.
La evolución de la marca en función de las nuevas necesidades de consumo, un plan estratégico con nuevas perspectivas en términos de productos y la redefinición de los valores fueron gran parte de un reto que impulsó la marca al éxito, sin lugar a dudas.
Crecimiento y mercados.
Garnet se encuentra en pleno crecimiento, los últimos tres años la empresa pudo crecer más de un 40%. Actualmente el canal de distribuidor está conformado por más de 40 empresas en Argentina que cubren todo el territorio nacional. Pero, además, cuenta con una importante presencia en países como Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia, Chile, Republica Dominicana, Puerto Rico y México y la expansión del negocio hacia el resto del continente continua. Mientras todo esto sucede, el mercado de la seguridad electronica no detiene su evolución y crecimiento. Inclusive en las peores crisis. Creo que somos privilegiados por trabajar en este rubro”.
El 2023 para Garnet Technology será un año de muchos lanzamientos y novedades, además se hará mucho hincapié en las capacitaciones que aporten valor a los instaladores y empresas, esto trasciende el producto en sí mismo y los clientes lo valoran mucho.
